Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the aromAI platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Who we are and what aromAI is

aromAI is a digital platform operated by Magos Esenciales, with registered address at Calle de la Hera 34, Barrio San Martín, Tepotzotlán, Estado de México, C.P. 54605, México. aromAI offers educational and reference tools about aromatherapy and essential oils, including content generated with artificial intelligence, in-person experiences facilitated by independent distributors, and features for those distributors.

aromAI does not sell essential oils and is not their manufacturer. The distributors who use the platform are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Magos Esenciales.

2. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • The service is available in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Panama and, subject to additional conditions, the United States, Brazil, and Canada. In other countries, access may be restricted by local regulations.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for all activity carried out with it.
  • The information you provide must be truthful and kept up to date.

3. Content generated by artificial intelligence

Part of aromAI's content (interpretations, suggested formulas, personalized messages and texts) is generated by artificial intelligence models. This content:

  • Is educational, indicative, and wellness-oriented in nature; it does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment (see the Medical Disclaimer).
  • Suggestions about essential oils are based on the traditional and testimonial practice of their use, as well as aromatherapy literature. They complement, and do not replace, the medical or veterinary care you choose to keep.
  • May contain inaccuracies. You must evaluate it with your own judgment before acting on it.
  • Creates no guarantee of results, therapeutic or otherwise.

4. Plans, payments, and renewals

  • aromAI offers a free plan and paid plans (including distributor plans). Current prices and features are shown within the platform before you subscribe.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel them from your account before the renewal date.
  • When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period. Amounts already charged are non-refundable, unless the applicable law in your country provides otherwise.
  • Prices may change; any change will be notified to you before it applies to your renewal.

5. Diamante licenses and assigned accounts

License packages (such as the Diamante Package) allow a purchaser to assign access to third parties. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining each person's consent before assigning them a license. Assigned licenses are subject to these same terms and their validity depends on that of the originating package.

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform to make therapeutic or medical claims prohibited by the law of your country.
  • Resell, sublicense, or systematically extract content from the platform.
  • Attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, or access other users' data.
  • Impersonate another person or provide false information.
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited communications outside its intended features.

Non-compliance may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account without refund.

7. Your contacts belong to you

The contacts and prospects who register through your personal link, QR code, charm, or other entry points associated with your account (“your door”) belong to you: no other account, team, or organization can claim them. The processing of each person's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which every user accepts when creating their account.

You can export your contact base at any time from your account, even if you change or cancel your plan.

8. We do not contact or reassign your prospects

aromAIdoes not contact your prospects for purposes other than providing the service they use, does not sell them, and does not reassign them to any other account, team, or organization, including the platform operator's. The attribution of a registration to your door is permanent and does not expire. If you close your account, the people from your door remain without an assigned guide and are not reassigned to anyone.

The above does not limit each person's freedom to choose at any time, from their own account and through express confirmation, who they want as their guide. That change applies only going forward and both guides are notified.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, design, software, and editorial content are the property of Magos Esenciales or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms. The personalized content the platform generates for you (such as your Note) may be used for personal purposes.

10. In-person experiences

In-person aromatic experiences are organized and facilitated by independent distributors. Magos Esenciales provides the digital tool but is not responsible for the conduct of the in-person event or for the physical products delivered or sold at it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; (b) Magos Esenciales shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service; and (c) total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country grants you as a consumer that cannot be waived.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change is material, we will notify you within the platform and, where the law requires it, ask you to accept again. The current version and its date always appear at the top of this document.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and any dispute shall be submitted to los tribunales competentes del Estado de México, México, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country where you reside as a consumer.
